This engine was retired by the Stockton Terminal and Eastern in 2019. It was built for the Reading Co. in June, 1963. OmniTrax, the owner of STE, donated the engine to the Reading Railroad Heritage Museum in Hamburg, PA where it will be on display. The 678 was replaced by the Tier 4 locomotive shown here: https://trainspo.com/photo/124324/
