After the Corona crisis hit Switzerland in 2020, the SBB, BLS and RhB (and many more operators) reduced the offered service to a bare minimum. On the 1st of June 2020, the Corona-timetable was still in place, and I was able to catch ABe 8/12 without wagons in the summertime! Normally the RhB couples seven wagons to the train (https://trainspo.com/photo/125591/).
