Hmm is this a Mikado type ?

Mikado refers to 2-8-2 wheel arrangement which this class of loco has. To my knowledge the term Mikado is only used for American locos with the same wheel arrangement and not a much used term for european locos.
Perhaps somebody else would like comment!!!

Oh alright but this loco is 2-8-2 ? I have read a book that say there are a class in germany witch use Mikado type and i think that loco is DR class 41 ?

Yes this loco has a wheel arrangement of 2-8-2. There are also Classes 86 & 93 tank locos that have the same wheel arrangements.
