Is there anything different about the single deck car directly behind the locomotive?

@Kempy72 It's a QCC (Quiet Commute Car). Passengers may not talk on their mobile phones and are required to keep all audio devices, such as laptops, cell phones and tablets on silent mode or turned off. Hushed conversations between passengers are permitted in the QCC but should be kept at a low volume. Info from the MARC Rider Guide.
