@Maersk.146 Thanks. It might be my imagination, but it seems like I've been seeing more freight trains on the line lately. Combined with the commuter trains that use the track, train watching has gotten better in the last few years. But it's still not the Transcon.

@oaksub My wife dropped me off at the vehicle pullout at the railroad bridge over 580, on the west side. From there I walked up a service road along the tracks. When I was done I called her to come and pick me up.
