Taking pictures outdoors during the winter is always a bit harder. The lower angle of the sun creates more shadows and dims the light. Luckily this also creates opportunities, as the lighting get a bit nicer. This make the colours look just the little bit nice sometimes. Especially during the last moments of daylight.
During the last weeks of 2018 I spend my days near Gent a couple of times. A friend got divorced an was left in a house that was far too big for him alone. So he moved to Gent, just a few miles further. I spend some days in Gent so he wouldn't be alone and to help him move. However I found a few moments to get some pictures in. Like this day while the sun was setting and 3AM96 units were moving to Kortrijk, where the first 2 units would continue to Poperinge and the unit in the rear would stay behind for a couple of minutes and would depart a little bit later for Lille in France.
