Cannot believe this thing is a locomotive

@grels - It was modified from a locomotive to allow one person to operate the entire train, to get around union-based crew requirements for locomotives. It's classified as a "Track Machine" and thus does not require an engineer and conductor/brakeman, but only an operator, and of course all this to avoid needing union representation of their employees.
