Is it M62 OR ST44 ? Which class is more correct ? Is it owned by PKP ?

This one is M62 and is owned by private operator "Pol-Miedź Trans". It's company not connected with PKP. In Poland there is some problem with classes because PKP use ST44 class, some private operator too, but some use original M62. So in this case correct is M62-3102.
