That's right it was all the info I could find at the time.
It could of been built by FAUR. At this time I can only find this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PKP_class_Lyd2 looks similar but it's narrow gauge.

I think, its the standard switcher that can be found everywhere in former Jugoslawia. I saw them in Bosnia and Croatia.
