My first spotting of BTAP wagon which usually seen in the mining areas of India. BTAP wagon means Bogie Tank for Alumina Powder. These wagons are designed for the bulk transportation of alumina powder. BTAP wagon has leak proof design with special air fluidizing system technology. Also used for transporting cement and fly ash. VEDANTA is a mining company whose presence in the state of Odisha is huge as the state is rich in iron ore and other minerals. VEDENTA is the first Indian company to manufacture low-carbon ‘green’ Aluminium called as Restora.
