Locomotives of this type were built by a lot of builders (see http://www.railwayfan.ro/aburi/html/50_100.html ). The locomotive in the picture was built by Uzinele Malaxa (now Faur S.A.). They are simillar to Prusian G10 class, but they have the possibilty to burn oil, not only coal.
