Quite interesting to see a steam loco with emblem of Soviet Union. Is this preserved loco of the Soviet Era?

Yes, it's preserved at Experimental Circle of VNIIGT and usually rides on special occasions. This photo was taken on the celebrating of the Day of railwayman. The loco was built about 70 years ago as far as I know.
