Are T4R still in service?

From what I've heard, there are only 2 units left, #140 and #163. #163 had a revision last year, but it is used as "garbage tram" and runs only night. #140 I've heard it was repainted and still on service, but I can't be certain (last time I was in Arad in 2008, thing changed since 2008: the M8S and the ex-Innsbruck GT6 arrived).
