Is it possible to take the same shot with Thalys train or they don't pass Hohenzollernbrücke?

Yes, that is possible. All the trains from Köln Hbf, also if the terminate there, pass this bridge. They end at Deutzerfeld, a yard East of Köln Messe/Deutz. But you have to be lucky that the Thalys will take this track.
