Actually, it's owned by a private company "PRKiI Wrocław", no SM42 with 2000+ number serves in PKP, they're all industrial/private machines.

When wearing green livery, they're easy recognizable from PKP engines thanks to a single orange "V" in the front instead of dual on PKP engines.
