Please, what bulk cargo is carried in these hopper cars? Where is the train coming from/going to?

This train is running on Seocheon-hwaryeok line, branch line of Janghang line. It's connecting Ganchi to Dongbaekjeong station. This line is constructed only for transporting coal for Seocheon thermal power plant. So you can see only hopper trains at this line.
