Yes, indeed, is the first time that the Talgo train made for the Haramain High Speed Line (From Makkah to Madinah) has been moved, in this case, in the space known as minidepot, from track 8 to track 7 in the Work Base 2, closer to the station King Abdullah Economic City. The locomotive is from OHL Arabia, bought to Loko Trans (CZ) as a rebuilt class 742 made in 1978. The Talgo was coupled to the Class 742 with an special coupler, hung up on the locomotive's hook.
This is the first train out of 36 units that has been ordered to Talgo. The catenary that you can see in the photo, from 21th may 2015 has been energized and soon this Talgo train will be able to run and start the tests and homologations on the finished stretch of the line. Meanwhile, the construction works will continue too.
