WDM 3D 11563 homed at Diesel locomotive shed Vatva, is the only locomotive to be painted in a unique tourism livery by Indian Railways.The "charkha" (spinning wheel)which was both a tool and a symbol of the Indian independence movement is painted on the long hood of the locomotive.Different dance forms,The famous lotus temple,a camel and an elephant,which depicts Indian Culture are painted on the sides of the locomotive along with the Indian Flag
