Why has this loco grid on Windows?

@Karl70 Mainly to prevent breaking of windows if someone throws stones or hard object against the windshield

Ohhhhh it's very dangerous...here in Italy it doesn't happen fortunately

@Karl70 It doesnt happen regularly . Mostly in remote, isolate places
