Neat loco. Are headlights used only at night? Are there no more grade crossings that would make the lights useful for warning motorists?

@Maersk.146 no, all three of the lights are used while driving, with shunting only one is used. In Holland, the lights aren't used for warning motorists, they are being warned by the barriers that go down when a train comes, and of course the red lights:

@ddz7504 Thanks for the video! In the US and Canada, there are still many thousands of road crossings which are unprotected by gates and red lights, so loco lights day and night are a must.
