Those palm trees have an interesting association with me. 16 years back when I moved from my home town to Chennai city for work, I used to come by train. An overnight journey and as sun rises train enters the suburbs of Chennai. The suburbs appear all same to me in the initial days. Then my eyes caught a line of palm trees in this open dry land between Mosur and Tiruvalangadu which was a landmark for me to know that my train is nearing Chennai. For an year it was like that. But now I am well-versed with the route. Now I got a chance to frame those trees with Chennai Superfast Express.
