@ter Hello Mikhael; yes I can help. Since that was taken in 2011; yes that would be a CKS operated Savannahlander service. Ever since 2004; the Savannahlander has been operated by the Cairns Kuranda Steam Railway. I hope this helps!

@1cctlives Queensland Rail still owns almost all of the 3ft 6in gauge railway network in the state except for some of the coal mining railway lines in central Queensland. That's because Queensland Rail only operates passenger trains now so they only tend to look after those lines that their passenger trains on. The central mining lines don't see any passenger trains (except for the Blackwater System) so they're owned by Aurizon. But practically everything else is Queensland Rail owned since almost all lines see some sort of Queensland Rail passenger services even if it can be very limited at times. I hope this helps!

Long Description:
Queensland Rail 2000 Class '2026' and '2028' leased to Cairns Kuranda Steam Railway for operation of the Savannahlander passenger service are seen departing from Almaden at 9am on service 5C99; about 3 hours earlier than it would usually be on a regular journey back to Cairns from Forsayth. That week, the Savannahlander was only operating shortened runs from Cairns - Almaden and return due to flood and rain damage further west of Almaden meaning the train was irregularly scheduled!
