Amtrak 151 East glides over Perriman Road with #4.
BNSF 7608 and a CSXT unit pass by the engine ready tracks and shops at Argentine Yard.
On hand are approximately 50 locos, enough for several trains, at least...
Wide view of NS Grand River Bridge, with an appearance by #21T to Kansas City.
Old meets new at KCUS. KCS FP9 display unit looks on as BNSF ES44C4 powers through.
NS 9371 East shows its darker side at Fleming, Missouri, en route to Detroit.
@Maersk.146 Nice pic of KCS
What a 24mm fisheye view would look like, if I had one. This is a three-image photo-stitch.
@Maersk.146 This looks interesting !!!
BNSF 3891 East gets his clear signal as a westbound "bare-table" train of empty well
cars passes by on KCT Main 2. Above, on Main Street, a KCSA streetcar heads for KCUS.

Good! Keep them coming! There is not a lot of participation in this category, so the more, the merrier.
The Moly-Cop 44-Ton pulls a string of empty gondola cars into the plant for loading.
Moly-Cop makes steel balls and 40-foot-long rods for use as grinding media in the

@Maersk.146 Beautiful Junctions, the speed is about 50mph on those Junctions?

@Taurus717 That seems about right. These turnouts are not equipped with movable-point frogs, but the trains do move through reasonably quickly.

Seen yesterday in Darmstadt. The future is bright. A German 1963 vintage class 221 locomotive that has been out to grass for the last five years is dragged to a new bright future by a 1968 vintage class 217. It is to be restored and used for specials.

@Astro That’s neat! What paint scheme will it have?
@Maersk.146 That is a good question. Suprise is the answer I suspect. There aren't any running in ivory and blue at the moment. It is not the best colour scheme (the burgundy red and black seen here is in my opinion), bit ti was common at the ned of regular service.
