@Ilia.Obuhov.52 Yes! They are extra fuel and water tankers, from old gas-turbine-electric locos UP experimented with back in the 50's and 60's. Those engines were very greedy with fuel and had to bring along more than could be carried under a single loco frame-mounted tank. These tanks were modified from former steam locomotive tenders.
