This is NOT a train, in the sense of steel wheels on steel rails. Unlike some Paris metro lines that run on tires but have "train wheels" also, this one just runs on rubber tires. The 3 strongly supported bars on insulators on the left seem to be the energy supply. The white strip in the centre of the road must be an electronic guiding device.

This line is one of the the Automated Rail Transit system. The Rail means not steel wheel. You can see the next URL. Thank you.
