As far as I can see this is a new vehicle denoted by ABDe 4/8 the only others on the db similar are ABDe 8/8 (first no. is the number of drive motors and the second no. is the number of axles) This EMU is mentioned in the URL http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oensingen–Balsthal-Bahn under Triebwagen and it is also the last operator
