The number of train is 7115, 05 is the sequence number of the head car. "R" means that this train was refubrished by DLRR (Daugavpils Locomotive Repair Plant) with cab replacement.

Should we move it to ER2TR class (or something like this) ?
I don't think so. The number,class and even train's characteristics aren't changed during refubrishment, "R" is written only for information that this EMU was once refubrished (like ER2-K in Russia)
