@COZephyr55 This train is transporting 'Sulfuric Acid' produced in smelting Plant. The safety law states that 'Monitoring car'(Yellow color) and freight car for emergency braking(two open freight cars there) must included in train that transports hazardous and noxious substance, propylene or sulfuric acid etc.
