No, it isn't Alstom. This is polish construction. Was made by ZNLE Gliwice, Poland in 2009. In additional this is the first polish electric locomotive constructed since 80s previous age! This prototype is testing by STK railway operator which probably would buy 7 such locomotive in near future. Production should start at half this year.
