How things change. Since snapping this photo a devastating earthquake has covered much of this line, including this spot, in debris. It will be months and months before trains run here again. The highway is closed due to earthquake damage. The lead locomotive is now stored awaiting scrapping. Even the passenger carriages have been replaced with newly built ones.

Welcome to Trainspo! Lovely shot. I was last along there before those carriages were even blue! A shame what has happened to them. I hope you have some more photos to share here. Yes it's a great community here which has brought me much pleasure since I joined in 2013.
