Is it permitted or safe enough to stand on any of the bridges as seen here for pictures?

@Maersk.146 This is in the outskirts of the city. As long as there is no hindrance to the train operation, they have no issues. That bridge in background is road bridge and people cross the track under that bridge to go to the main road. Both sides of the track has houses too
