DC 4104 climbs 2% grade up to Waitakere tunnel in the last weeks of push pull trains for Auckland Transport. The rails through here are rather quiet nowadays with normally just KiwiRail train 126 passing through in daylight. Trains were replaced by buses on this section beyond Swanson station when CAF electric units took over services on the Western Line.
