WDM-3F is a rarely spotted locomotive. Even though built as WDM-3D, it was converted to WDM-3F. But nothing productive happened and the max.speed was restricted to 80 Kmph. Moreover length wise, WDM-3F is longer than WDM-3D. WDM-3F locos are stabled in GOOTY shed. It was indeed a surprise for me to see this pair of WDM-3F and WDM-3D with petcoke consist
