What is mean "+3 1 -1" in "waiting" photo?

What is mean "4 votes" in "waiting" photo?

How long can be the approval of "new vehicle"? I am waiting this from February...

@IAGSoft Each photo gets into "Approve queue" after upload. Certain members can vote for a photo to be either approved, approved to db only, or rejected. Unless a photo gets 5 votes, nobody can see votes breakdown. That is why you see "4 votes". When five or more members voted, you can see votes you got. "+3" means "three members want your photo be approved". "1" means "one member voted for db only". "-1" stands for "one member voted for this photo to be rejected". Below the breakdown, you can see reasons for db only or rejection.

What are corrections as seen in summery page of some members?
e.g. Joined: Seen: Upload: Pics: Slots: Posts: Corrections: ???

@lalam We add additional data to the database like the serial number and manufacture year. Those are called corrections. In our case, ie IR , we refer the IRFCA loco database and add the built year and serial number or as we call it the plate number .

@lalam When you open the picture, at the bottom above the map on right side there will 1676 Co-co Diesel electric Locomotive (saying w.r.f to this pic http://trainspo.com/photo/73127/ ) click on that . When new page opens you will see additional info. There you can click on it and add the info to database which will be verified by the mod and approved .

How can I remove rejected photos

You need to open your picture and use "delete" link under the map / camera info.

If somebody uploads a new vehicle and adds the technical details for it, is it possible to look at the details somewhere once the picture of the vehicle is approved? It sometimes might be interesting to see the technical background of this vehicle.

Hi, every picture has connected class/model profile, and some pictures has connected unit profile. Here the ways how to see technical details. Let's take this picture for example: http://trainspo.com/photo/47901/

1. Under the picture you can see "ÖBB 1016" link, click it to open class profile. Class page has link "1435mm Bo'Bo' AC Electric locomotive" at the top of the page, this link is going to model profile, what has all the technical details.

2. At the of the picture page above the map you can see small unit banner "EL 1435 : Bo'Bo' : AC : 2000" - that's means that it is electric loc with 1435mm gauge, Bo'Bo' axle config, build in 2000. You can click at this banner to see this unit details.

I want to add a few more vehicles for Taiwan Sugar Railway, (https://trainspo.com/class/9228/ ), but I am not sure I should add it by number or manufacturer.

According to Wiki (https://zh.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%87%BA%E7%81%A3%E7%B3%96%E6%..B7%AF ), DIEMA vehicles are from 100 to 191. My vehicles are Brookville (901-950) and Hitachi (801-854).

You just need to have at least one picture published on website (and yes, we need to add this to our FAQ :)).

Our like system is a part of internal website logic that is used to automatically push pictures to the top, to sort pictures in various galleries, to choose weekly awards, picture moderators, etc. So, we must protect this "vote" from clone accounts, to prevent various manipulations.

I repeat my question:
How long can be the approval of "new vehicle"?
